TECHNOLOGY ADVANCEMENT A CATALYST FOR DEVELOPMENT IN AFRICA.

Technology is advancing at an unprecedented rate, and if you don't learn how to use it to your advantage, you risk getting left behind… Carlos Santiso head innovative and open government wrapped up today’s session.

Artificial intelligence (A.I.) is one of the biggest technological advancements of our time. It's already ten times faster than humans, and it's only going to get smarter.

We wrapped it up today at the 22nd session committee of experts on administration.

The scary part of our discussions today is that we learnt that, A.I. is going to replace a lot of people. A big threat to 2030 Agenda. According to the World Economic Forum, by 2025, around 85 million jobs will be replaced with A.I. The effect of COVID-19 has already reduce work force drastically due to the effects many lost their works, some companies resort to remote work, and virtually to staff working from home.

But here's the thing: A.I. isn't just a threat; it's also an opportunity... Africans need to think inwards towards developing than resort to migrant abuse overseas.

Ideas and contacts gathered from this outing are worthwhile. I am looking forward to educating more people on this agenda 2030. Our recommendation to ECOSOC will form part of the agenda for UN General assembly.

I remain grateful to all your prayers...
